Portland Homes Marketplace

If you’re selling a home in Portland, the Portland Homes Marketplace has been receiving pretty good hits lately. It’s not just for people who want to find out about selling with us at Terradigm, but it also has good stuff for FSBO folk-people who want to sell their homes themselves.
(Sorry-I do have to do a sales pitch sometimes. The mortgage payment is due in a few days). Anyway.
As for market activity–it’s up. I’ve burned through more hours this week than I thought existed.
Concern: It has a pre-bubble feel to it. Homes priced around $275,000 and below are getting offers, sometimes more than one, and getting them quickly. Are home getting bid up by buyers anxious to get the tax credit? Stay tuned.
