Portland home owners who list their homes for sale around $275,000 will find it’s like throwing a hunk of bloody meet into the sea and watching the sharks.
Home buyers in that range will find that many of these properties already have one or more offers before they even get to see them. It’s been very frustrating.
Agent once again will have to remember how it was to present multiple offers to their sellers. And they have to get used to calling the list agent on a just-listed home before showing to their buyers, not after.
