Sellers Stuff–A New Way of Selling Homes

At Terradigm, we aren’t looking for clients so much as we want partnerships with people who want to sell their homes.

Look at ads and websites for real estate agents, and what you see is a lot of stuff about them.  At Terradigm, whether potential clients are buyers,  sellers, investors or advisees, it’s about clients.  The client is the center of the Terradigm universe.

Each seller has a goal–trade up, trade down, move out of town, distressed property, whatever.  We do not offer a one-size-fits-all sales package.  And because of our investor/developer background in real estate finance and marketing, we analyze the client goals and design a road map to get there.

For the partnership to work, you tell us what you need to do and we’ll tell you if we can do it and how.  And with our fee-for-service option, sellers may save thousands of dollars and keep more equity than with commission-only contracts.

We’re not a discount broker.  You get to pick and choose services (see our Fees and Pricing page).  It’ s like ala carte dining.

Sellers control only two things–the condition of the home and the price of it.  We advise on both so that each seller can position herself or himself where she/he needs to be.

We don’t just advertise your home, we try to define a market and go after it. See more at the Portland Homes Marketplace.

The third partner in all this is the non-profit clients choose. A part of every transaction goes to a charitable organization (preferably local).  Check our list on the Charitable Giving page (you can choose your own, if it’s not listed).

If our program makes sense (and frankly, it doesn’t for many), contact us at bill@terradigmrealestate.com
